A bright, modern coaching office dedicated to early childhood educators, featuring a large corkboard wall filled with color-coded planning charts, hand-drawn lesson ideas, and simple visual icons instead of text. A smooth birch desk sits in front, holding a tablet displaying a professional development dashboard, a ceramic mug, and a tidy stack of reflective journals. Soft midday light filters through a nearby window with sheer white curtains, giving the room a professional yet welcoming glow. Captured in photographic realism with a slightly elevated angle, the composition follows the rule of thirds, emphasizing both the organized workspace and the inspirational planning wall. The mood is confident and empowering, suggesting structured support for educator growth without feeling staged or artificial.

Meet Cristina

Hi, I am Cristina!

I am an Early Childhood Education Teacher, Coach and Author with experience teaching and studying in both Europe and the United States of America.

My path has blended education, management, and marketing, and I’m now deepening my learning with graduate studies in adult education and training—so when we work together, I’m bringing both real-world classroom experience and a strong understanding of how adults learn and grow best.

I created Cristinacoachece.org because I have been in your shoes- navigating lesson plans, program standards, and the beautiful chaos of the classroom. My goal is to give the educators practical tools, real encouragement, and strategies that actually work for teachers, students and their families.

Whether you are brand new or 10 years in, I am here to help you feel confident, supported, and inspired.

When teachers thrive, children thrive. Let’s grow together!

About

Cristina is an experienced early childhood educator, coach, and author dedicated to elevating practice in ECE settings. She combines classroom expertise, leadership experience, and evidence-based strategies to help educators teach with clarity, confidence, and impact.

A sunlit early childhood classroom coaching space with a large, natural wood table at the center, covered with neatly organized coaching materials: open notebooks, colorful sticky notes, a slim laptop, and a stack of well-worn education books with visible page markers. Around the table are a variety of child-sized wooden chairs pushed back slightly, suggesting recent use. Floor-to-ceiling windows reveal soft daylight pouring in, casting gentle, natural shadows on the polished floor and creating a calm, focused atmosphere. Shot at eye level in photographic realism, with a clean, modern aesthetic and shallow depth of field that keeps the table in crisp focus while the shelves of learning materials in the background blur softly, conveying professional yet warm early childhood education coaching.

My Why

When I first started teaching, I was so enthusiastic about changing the lives of my students. I thought I was ready and equipped — but on my very first day, I quickly noticed something was missing: classroom management skills. Nobody during my bachelor’s degree taught me how to deal with real classroom problems, challenging behaviors, or how to navigate conflicts with families, administrators, or coworkers.

A young enthusiastic teacher on her first day in the classroom, smiling with wide eyes that hint at feeling overwhelmed, surrounded by colorful early childhood education decor.

After becoming a coach, the same patterns showed up. My clients — experienced educators and directors — were struggling with the exact same things I had struggled with as a new teacher. They had no roadmap for the real challenges of the classroom and the workplace.

That’s when I knew what I was meant to do. I became a coach to give educators what I never had: practical tools, a clear plan, and someone in their corner who truly understands what they’re going through.
